So anybody who came to the Rossington Hall open day on Sunday may remember this bookcase in the Library was painted white!

Our interior designer used the base (which we thought were just cupboards!) to sketch out the design for the final piece. The boys have been working hard today and after stripping back all of the paint, not only have they revealed a beautiful oak wood, they have found the footings from the original stand. An amazing finding for our renovation plans, now we can make it much more like the first!
