Welcome to Rossington Hall
Where History, Elegance, and Timeless Charm Meet
Located in the heart of South Yorkshire, Rossington Hall is a breathtaking 19th-century estate that seamlessly blends historic grandeur with modern luxury. Surrounded by picturesque gardens and parkland, this magnificent venue offers an unforgettable backdrop for weddings, staycations, corporate events, and film productions.
A Legacy Carved in Stone
Rossington Hall’s story begins in the 1770s, when the estate—once part of Rossington Common—was transformed into a distinguished country residence. The original house, known as Shooters Hill, was home to several esteemed families, including the Stovins, Humbles, and Browns. After a tragic fire in the late 1800s, the current Victorian mansion was constructed in 1883 by Richard James Streatfield—complete with a grand entrance hall, conservatory, library, and 21 elegant bedrooms.
The Hall has since played many roles: a private estate, a missionary training college, a wartime base, and a school for students with special educational needs (SEN).
