We may collect, store and use the following personal information (i) information relating to reservations including name, title, billing address, email address and telephone number. (ii) We may also collect your social media username if you interact with us on those channels. (iii) Information you provide for the purposes of opening a customer account (v) Any other information that you choose to send to us.

We may use other companies to provide services on your behalf, including Bands, DJs, venue dresses, cake makers and others for their goods and services. We will only provide those companies the information they need to deliver the service and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.

We sometimes may share your personal data with trusted third parties, for example, delivery couriers, as well as Google/Facebook to show you products that might interest you while you’re browsing the internet. If you wish to stop direct marketing from us, you can request the unsubscribe link in any email communication from us. If you have any future reservation with us we will retain your information until after your event has taken place and all income paid.
